A 50% nonrefundable booking deposit is due at time of booking for all new appointments and will be applied the day of service.  

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options for my guests, I do require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel/reschedule/no show your appointment with less the 48 hours notice, a 50% cancellation fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. 

Second time, late cancel/reschedule/no show appointments will be charged a fee equal to the total service cost that was scheduled and all future appointments will require prepayment.



I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 3 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue, within reason, at no additional cost and must be adjusted within 2 weeks of original service. Any adjustments must align with our original consultation. Adjustments that alter the original plan, or are requested more then 3 days later, will require full payment. There are no refunds on services provided.  

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase. 


If you happen to be running late, please contact me as soon as possible. If 15 minutes late or more, I will do my best to accommodate you, however, out of respect to all my guests with scheduled appointments, I cannot guarantee all or any of the services scheduled will be performed and may result in a $25 per service cancelled fee, in addition to a late fee of $35.

payment POLICY:

3% processing fee on all credit charge purchases. Other payment methods accepted are Cash, Check, Zelle and Venmo.
